Application for 2026-27 School Year

 

  1. Entry Requirements
  • The students who will be attending KG classes in the 2026-27 school year must be born on or before 31 December 2023.
  • The students must be Hong Kong residents with right of abode, right to land or valid permission to remain without any condition of stay (other than the limit of stay) in Hong Kong.

Documents Required:

·       A photocopy of Student’s Birth Certificate

·       1 recent passport size photo

·       3 self-addressed long envelopes, stamped at HK$ 2.2 each

·       Application fee receipt with child’s name and application date

 

  1.  Interview Arrangements
    • Interview will be conduct on 1 Nov 2025 (Sat) (Interview time will be arranged by school)
    • Eligible candidates will receive the ‘Interview Invitation Message’ (Via WhatsApp) upon completion of the formalities.
    • Parents should accompany their child for the interview. Please contact us if unavailable to attend on time, otherwise the school will no longer reserve the place for the applicant.
    • When interviewing NCS children, interpretation and/or translation service for applicants will be provided where necessary; or parents and children are allowed to be accompanied by a Chinese speaking relative or friend to facilitate communication.

  1. Admission Criteria
    • Interview performance.
    • The applicant with sibling(s) currently studying in the school will be given due priority consideration.
    • Residents of our school district will be considered to a higher priority.
    • Apply for Full-day sessions or from families in need will be prioritized.

 

  1. Registration Arrangement
    All the candidates will receive the ‘Interview Result Message’ (Via WhatsApp). Parents of successful candidates are required to complete the registration procedures during the specified period by submitting the original of “2026-27 Registration Certificate for Kindergarten Admission” and paying the registration fee.(AM Session: $970, Whole day Session: $1570)
    -Successful applicants: Parents register with the school during the Centralised Registration Dates (Centralised Registration dates for 2026 are January 8-10, usually around the beginning of January each year.) By submitting the Registration Certificate for Kindergarten Admission / Kindergarten Admission Pass and paying registration fee.
    -Applicants on the waiting list: The school will notify parents by post. Parents should complete the registration procedures for their child according to the specified date set by the school. Parents are required to submit the original of the“Registration Certificate for Kindergarten Admission / Kindergarten Admission Pass” and pay the registration fee.-Personal data on an unsuccessful applicants will normally be destroyed 3 months after “Centralised Registration Dates”.-If parents cannot submit the “Registration Certificate for Kindergarten Admission / Kindergarten Admission Pass” to the school their child has been admitted to during the Centralised Registration Dates, the school concerned may not be able to complete registration for their child. Hence, parents are required to submit application to the EDB within the designated period.
